Use the flight, not a guessed meeting time
Provide the flight number and landing date. A scheduled arrival time alone does not show a delay, terminal change or where the journey started. Confirm the exact meeting point separately; Munich Airport is large and ‘at the airport’ is not precise enough.
Count luggage before choosing the car
Four adults do not automatically fit comfortably with four large suitcases. Describe cabin bags, checked bags, child seats and any oversized item. The right vehicle is the one that carries the real load without blocking rear visibility.
Do not start the first long drive tired
An overnight flight followed by an Alpine or cross-border drive can turn a simple handover into a demanding day. Plan a Munich stop, a second driver or a shorter first leg when the arrival schedule is tight.
